Lords of the Lowlife
Leadership
There will be one Grand Master, or Guild Leader. Then there will be four officer positions called Master Siths.
Challenge of Leadership
A member may challenge an officer, and take that officer spot. Once dueled, you can not challenge each other again for a month. Now the lost officer can challenge another officers position. Any officer who lost will be knocked down to member.
Now to challenge the Grand Master you must have a vote among the officers, 3 out of the 4 must say yes to the challenge. If the challenger fails to win, he is put on censure for 2 weeks, and not allowed to go on raids, or guild functions. If the Guild Master loses he gets knocked down to member, and also censured for 2 weeks. For the old Grand Master to challenge the new one, there must be another council vote to okay it.
There will be a Referee toon which will be of the actual rank of Guild Leader, and will oversee all these rules are applied.
Incentives to being the Ruling Class.
We will need incentives for the Sith to want to be an officer, like access to more guild bank space, a minor benefit to the loot system perhaps like a +1 to all rolls.
Objective
The Objective is to challenge ourselves, by fighting amongst ourselves. To rise above others, by making ourselves stronger. To make a more dynamic guild, one where no one’s job is safe. To play the true Sith way.
Suggestions
Feel free to offer some up, and then apply to the guild.
